This notice covers only the information we collect through our pre-launch waitlist
at everlon.health, where we currently collect an email address and your U.S. state so we can notify
you when we open where you live. We are not yet providing healthcare services, and we do not collect
health information through this site. When Everlon launches, a full Privacy Policy and
HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices will govern any health information — those will be published
before any care is offered.

What we collect
Right now, only:
Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
Your U.S. state — used only to tell you when Everlon is available where you
live and to plan where to open first. We don't accept signups from every state yet (see "State
availability" below).
Basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics (e.g., page views) collected in an
aggregate, cookieless way. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not collect health
information through this site.
How we use it
To notify you about early access and our launch.
To send occasional updates about Everlon (you can unsubscribe anytime).
To understand, in aggregate, how our site is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party
advertising. We use trusted service providers to operate the waitlist — an email platform (to store
the list and send emails) and our website host — who process data on our behalf under their terms.
Your choices
Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
Access or delete your email from our list — just email
care@everlon.health and we'll take care of it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights (e.g., under California
law). Contact us to exercise them.
State availability
We do not currently accept waitlist signups from Washington. If you select
Washington on the signup form, nothing you entered is transmitted or stored. We hope to serve
Washington residents at launch — please check back then. This notice will be updated if state
availability changes.
Data retention
We keep your email on the waitlist until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, or until it is
no longer needed for the purposes above.
Children
The waitlist is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this notice; the "last updated" date will change accordingly. A comprehensive
Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice will replace/supplement this notice at launch.
